Access to information

Access to information: countries where communities have access to information through ICTs, phones, or other means. Pixels with a value lower than the specified threshold (5) were given a value of -1 (YES response)

Mobile cellular telephone subscriptions are subscriptions to a public mobile telephone service using cellular technology, which provide access to the public switched telephone network. Post-paid and prepaid subscriptions are included.
